Has to be the WORST McDonalds ever! Went to this location for lunch while passing through. The person working the drive-thru started the transaction with “Yeah.” Not “welcome to McDonalds, how can I help you.” Needless to say the rest of the transaction was horrible. Asked for condiments while ordering, there were NO condiments in the bag which matched NO napkins. Had to pull over in the parking lot to get straws, napkins, etc. The onions we asked to not be on the sandwich clearly wasn’t done. Again, if you’re in the area of this place, RUN somewhere else for a meal.

Looks like there was a food fight in here. Nobody picking anything up or cleaning. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese deluxe meal. The burger came out with onion, mayo, cheese. Definitely not deluxe. I took it up to the counter and was asked if I wanted them to hand me the lettuce. I informed them I would like it remade (hoping this time it wouldn’t also have grease running off it like it was dunked in it). I was then informed once back at my seat, by means of yelling through the store to see if I was still there (don’t worry, it didn’t disturb anyone else, they had already locked the doors @ 7:42 pm) that she had just ran out of tomatoes and proceeded to ask if it was ok… if I had a choice, no it’s not ok that’s why I ordered it with them, but obviously it was an irrelevant question instead of comping part of the meal or offering something else. The newly made burger didn’t have the grease issue thankfully. It did however have a ridiculous amount of mayo (and I like mayo), the missing tomato, and a dry, flavorless patty.

I stop at this location a lot because of the proximity to my job but the fries are always cold, rubbery, unsalted and light. And I've been getting less and less fries every time. If I'm paying $4 for some French fries you should be stiffing the container, definitely not giving me less than half of it full with old, cold fries and robbing me blind. I'm done trying with them. I won't be back.

The rt 40 Aberdeen McD has the worst customer service. I was in line at drive thru for 5 mins. Finally gave up and went inside where I stood at counter for five minutes. The workers made no attempt to even acknowledge that a customer was waiting at drive thru and inside.

Claims they open at 5. Show up at 530 and despite seeing employees inside they ignore you. Come back at 545 with other cars in drive thru and more employees there and still get ignored. Either employees are showing up late or the owner is lying about operating hours to grift corporate. Either way email their corporate email and atleast get a voucher for your wasted time like I did.
