Drive-Thru was backed up, person who greeted me on the speaker after I patiently waited was incredibly rude. They said my order wasn't in their system and told me to check the app. They instructed me to contact the app for a refund but the app clearly stated to talk to the store for a refund. Worst service I have had here in awhile.

I've never witnessed a less productive terribly run business in my life. The manager is extremely rude with a totally careless attitude and clearly it passes down the line. If you use the drive through they are rude and vile on the line they don't know what your talking about when you try order this is every time your made get out and go in to a filthy restaurant to order cos the staff are extremely lazy and when you enter your greeted by 3 to 5 staff sitting around chatting in the dining area asleep on the chairs charging their phones and just chilling in front of customers dining with not a care in the world all the while the floors and tables are filthy the toilets are a disgrace and the manager looks like she couldn't care less. Pretty much throws the food at you. There's two sets of music playing with is disorienting and if you don't use the kiosk you'll need a genie to order your food this is the worst run business I've ever seen and in the few times I've passed by its only been worse. MCDONALDS should be ashamed

The crew took over the loud speakers and play whatever they want. No music for customers. Just the crew catering to itself. So...I quit going. It was a every morning stop on the way to work. Now I just make my own breakfast because I'm tired of the way McDonalds operates now. It's not just this McDonalds. I refuse to shop at any location now and haven't for months because of this location because I know McDonalds thinks I'll still probably shop with them but at a different location so why fix the issue...nope haven't been to a mcdonalds in months haha

Very slow I understand it’s a night shift, but it was not busy just 2 cars myself and other waiting for more than 25 minutes and just 2 drinks. The guy working there looked like he was under the influence of something, he looked mad unprofessional. (I know it’s a McDonald’s I don’t spect a five star service but that’s just not right) they got to check cámaras and managers need to give advice to employees about the job what they are doing wrong.

I HATE MICEY DEES. I CHOCKED ON THER BURGER AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE FLOOR BRAKING MY TOE. their food is EXTREAMILY EXPENSIVE and not exquiset. i am still recoverining from the chocking and their food is awful. their bathrooms are disgusting. their staff is awful and i never want to meet their staff anywhere. I HATE THIS PLACE DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
