My son is autistic and loves sand. We're from Texas and don't have much sand where we live so I brought him to an awesome big sandbox. He loved it. Both my kids did. We'll definitely be back.

The lady in the window seriously just tried to hand my husband vanilla shake and when we asked is this chocolate , and it was clearly whitest shake of vanilla, she then proceeds to say yes it is chocolate, and I’m in wonder on how she thought that would work out, but maybe try to not gaslight light your customers into thinking it’s right. She did do a refund quickly but I mean I just never in my life seen someone try to blank face lie to me on something like that. Definitely training needed

What happened to the dollar menu? You ordered the food yourself so there was no service. Atmosphere it's McDonald's! Not a place to go if you want quiet. Not my favorite place for lunch. I like their breakfast sandwiches when they're on sale, but the dollar menu is not a dollar menu anymore. If you want two burgers because they're so small, you might as well go ahead and order from the regular menu. I'm do

I placed a mobile order and they seemed to gotten orders out of order then I got up charged but didn’t receive the product that I got up charge for. Burger was dripping with ketchup I added lettuce got like five shreds. I asked for a water was told I couldn’t even get that it would have been nice to at least have gotten one of my drinks right.

In the last 8 years I've visited this location once. For cookies. McDonald's is not food yet so many people eat there. I'd rather eat candy or chips for a meal than McDonald's. A&W Burgers are right next door, which are tasty yet people go to the worst "restaurant" in Alamogordo, McDonalds.
