Every single time I’ve come here there has been something wrong with my order. My first issue was that I was in the drive through and I sat there and no one was speaking. I finally said something and they took my order. The staff themselves i have never had an issue with as they are pleasant, it’s just the orders are always always wrong. I ordered the bacon Cajun ranch McCrispy and when I got home I saw there was no chicken to be seen, and that it looked nothing like the meal that I ordered. I’m really not sure how you don't put chicken on a McChicken. I’ve given up on this place.

I eat at McDonald’s once every few months. I like this location. I order on the app and usually pick up in the drive-thru. Both food and service are usually good. Every once in a while you’ll get a surly or unfriendly employee, but I find this the exception rather than the rule at this location.

This is NOT the first time I’ve been treated so disrespectfully. I continue to return because my kids love McDonald’s and it’s the closest one. There is a lady that is always extremely rude to me and my family. Right now she has long blue and black braids. I’ve had a conversation with another employee there and she told me she’s like that with a lot of customers as well as her coworkers. Today my significant other had to go retrieve our order from her because she was screaming our table number instead of bringing it to us. I go to the playground area as soon as we arrive and order from there (I have a 8 year old and 4 year old). He had to go back to get our cups and ketchup and ranch and he said she looked him dead in his eyes 3 times and never said a word to him but another man that came up after him was helped. He had to stand in the cashier line just to get our cups and condiments. Someone really needs to talk to this employee and tell her to act right or find another job. It’s ridiculous!!

Ordered on app, it had my last location saved, noticed it wasn’t the one near me. Asked a couple employees that were on break and they helped me out. S/O to the people at Gaines school road, made my experience good.

I moved to the area 2 years ago, so I've been coming here on/off. I almost always do mobile orders and pick them up from the counter. They are slower than other places I've been to. I usually have to wait no matter what hour of the day. The dining area is always trashy. While waiting for my order, I watched a worker wipe down the trash bin. When she was done with the trash bin, she moved to wipe down dining tables and chairs- with the same rag she used on the trash bin! Hopefully she doesn't clean the food prep counter.
