Customer service was good but my fries ended up being partially cold and my chicken sandwich was refried and thin. They took longer than usual which is weird because none of it was fresh.

This location was filthy. All the floors were sticky, and visibly dirty in places. Toilet paper rolls were laying on the floor. All the toilet paper holders were empty. Trash running over. Restrooms had not been properly cleaned in some time. Had ordered food through the mobile or would have left.

the manager there, didn't catch her name, chewed my mom out for placing an order to feed a homeless man. she said "we don't feed the homeless." the actual audacity, and this was near christmas! my mother told her off telling her that she purchased the food and she'll do what she wants with it. next time she went alone, she made the mistake of giving her the wrong order. she doesn't say a word, she snatched it right out her hands in the drive thru. my mother is disabled, her hands are crippled. but of course, she doesn't care. so we went in today and she remembers us again, and she doesn't say a damn word while taking our order. she just sits there and stared at us like she was dumb, walked away once our order went through and we got our receipt. i guess the moral of the story she's trying to tell is to not feed the homeless otherwise you'll never get good service again. your money is better going somewhere else.

I have had several bad experiences here. Today was extra bad Mr and my girlfriend waited 15 mins for a single small iced coffee. The manager watched us stand there waiting for someone to ask us what we needed the whole time then finally came to us. They made the wrong coffee but we were already to upset to even have them correct it.

Love my Ardmore McDonald's on Broadway. Cameron is the man! He's the best employee there. They always have someone new on register, which I don't understand. Cam has to stop what he's doing and to the rescue!! If it wasn't for him and Holly, James, and a couple of other employees I doubt I would even go.
