I kinda stop coming to this McDonald's. The only reason I come here is because my kids likes it. I stopped coming here personally because of the slow service and the order is 9 out of 10 times wrong. This morning I ordered a coke just 1 coke. Didn't come with ice. Might see like a minor complaint but it's not that hard to make a large drink. You guys want bigger pay but can't get a drink right. Please do better. I know the job sucks I use to work for McDonald's but at least try at work.

Idk what happened tonight to the food but can you fix it? Rigid bread and stale fries with a flat coke.. someone may have been hitting the Zaza in the car ahead of me, or the employees who knows, but it was not me so that food was not desirable.. at least they got the order right and were courteous

Went inside to order our meal and an employee in the back said something to me which I could not her her nor read her lips. Then she said to another employee "You need to hurry up and take their order before they piss me off." which fully understood that. At that point we just turned around and walked out without ordering anything. I should have got her name and reported her to management right then but didn't. I hope this employee reads this and I hope she gets fired cause she should never treat customers this away. Very Bad White Employee.

I bought two 10 piece nugget meals and both fries were put in bag upside down. When initially placing my order at the drive thru I asked for both ketchup and dipping sauce. But when I got to the window I was told I would have to pay extra for dipping sauce even though it was on my receipt. Drive thru cashier was rude and needs retraining on customer service.

I’m a strange guy. I love McDonalds. But today was disappointing. The service was fine though all of the kiosks were closed. Restaurant was clean with only a couple of dirty tables, but the burger patty was in pieces and the bun was hard. Usually I love the burgers. Not today. So I’m grading on a scale of how things usually are at McDonald’s. Fries were just ok too.
