Prices are much too high these days ( in my opinion) for fast food! However the value menu still offers SOME affordable options. The reason for the 3 stars! You can get some type of burger and add fries and a small drink for a reasonable price! That's how I handle it. I no longer order MEAL DEALS! After all this IS fast food!

They never seem to be staffed with enough people to be efficient. They constantly leave out sauces and straws and when you ask for the sauces they left out they say you have to pay for them and it’s a whole deal of explaining that you got no sauces at all to begin with. Usually you have to wait like 30-45 minutes for food too. It’s ridiculous like just hire more people ? Also some of the staff seem like they don’t know everything their supposed to I was given the wrong size cup for an iced coffee when I paid for a large and the worker argued with me for 5 minutes about it being the right size just for another staff to step in and correct them.

My husband took my kid for a happy meal and him a drink, he gets home realized they didn’t put the nuggets in the happy meal, he drives back as we live down the road and tells them they forgot his nuggets and showed him the receipt and right off the bat the girl basically called him a Liar saying she packed his order and “knew” she put them in there…even though the line was PACKED and lunchtime rush. Then she sends someone out with new nuggets and the girl goes “I’d make sure there’s 6 in there” so he opens it and there was only 4!!! And when he questioned them again they asked him to just not come back. How petty. I will be contacting corporate about this and NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION , who cares about a couple dollars worth of food but it’s the principle about how these ladies were acting. Manager involved and all. This situation was just gross and disgusting customer service.

Food is good but service isn't always great you have to check your bag for your condiments before you leave, it never fails they forget my honey. Set dining room is clean, but nothing for kids.

WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT MY GOOD FRIEND MICHAEL WOULD NOT GET UP AT ALL AND THEY CALLED TWO POLICE OFFICERS ON TOP OF THE PARAMEDICS BEING THERE.WHEN I PEERED AROUND THE CORNER MICHAEL WAS FIGHTING THE PARAMEDICS IT WAS THE BEST MCDONALDS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!
