Usually pretty decent but literally waited 15 minutes at the second pick up window and never got my mobile order. Had to walk in and ask about it. Got room temperature hash browns :T. Last time I do a drive thru mobile order. Just going to walk inside next time if I have to walk in to remind them about it anyway.

Amazing, pleasant, excellent experience. The manager, Laura, was helpful, professional and super friendly. Clean store, clean bathrooms, clean play area. Next time you are in China Springs, do yourself a favor and stop by this McDonald’s.. Compared to the many McDonald’s in Waco., this store is a shining star, an excellent example of what all McDonald’s stores should strive to be.

The young men were great and understanding. Very polite. Thank you for replacing the sandwiches that my girl wasn't satisfied with. I love the play area for the kids. The manager hired a great crew of young men at this McDonald's

Absolutely terrible experience, half my order was made wrong, had it taken back over there and the manager, Penny, refused to fix the order because it had left the building and began to pick it apart and tell my coworker that there was nothing wrong with the item and it was made correctly. If you can't tell how your basic burgers are made and what goes onto them then I'm not sure you should be in charge of the people that actually put them together.

Stoppped in at this restaurant after working since 3:00 AM. Got to the restaurant just after 4 PM. Pulled up to the second window to get my drink order and then was told to pull to the third window. Sat there over 20 minutes while cars behind me were served. Finally as one of the employees was delivering an order to a car that like 3 cars behind me I stopped him and inquired about my order. Was challenged by him to prove that I had ordered and been there for a long time. He ran in finally admitted that he had lost my order and it was his fault. Manager on duty was extremely rude and confrontational. I’ve taken my grandkids here before and it was ok. Save yourself some aggravation and drive a couple of miles up the road to the one on 19th. Adding insult to the situation my food was cold and my Big Mac was rubbery. What a garbage pit. Will never go there again. I can get a better burger up the street at Griffs. Might have to wait a bit but the wait time would be about the same.
