We had to wait a little longer because a worker was helping another worker which I respect. The service was good from the second door greeting me with positive energy this morning 🫶🏾 but my grandma had peppermint moca coffee but it wasn't hot enough tho but it's okay. I hope that the young lady from the second window this morning has a good new year👍🏾

7 employees standing around talking, for took our order, money & got part of our order. Not busy, took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Said they didn’t have the hazelnut coffee, so I said just a regular ice coffee. We paid for 2 large ice coffee & 1 coke. Gave us Med. I said I ordered large no one tried to help so we left. I go to aMcDonals every day never had this bad of service. Thought you needed to know. This was Saturday 7-13-24

They were very nice in the drive through but gave me this burnt bread old fish filet. I didn’t see this until I got home. We checked the bag to see if the food was in the bag not what it looked like. Would they feed this to their mama?

Food was at the very least double the price of it's value and that was being kind. I don't think it was any different compared to most other fast food joints though. I hope I've fully and finally learned my lesson, never again.

The two nice ladies that work during the week, one light skin and the other darker skin are the most professional and courteous McDonalds employee's I have ever seen. They do much more than provide excellent customer service. They have a way of adding sunlight to my often dark start of my day. They are the reason I go to McDonald's on North Slappey in Albany every morning on the way to work. Thank you SO much for all you do but especially for just being YOU!
