Purchased outdoor patio furniture that needed to be ordered. Susan turned it around very quickly, called me immediately upon its arrival and two team members helped me load into my truck. Never knew about this store prior to this but will definitely be back.

The staff is excellent. greets me with a smile the store is easy to get in and out of in a short time.

Looks like a pretty well cared for a place but they unfortunately didn't have what I needed this trip

HORRRIBLE customer service. Drove 20min to pick up materials a "team member" confirmed over the phone only to get there find out they had NONE of what I drove to pick up and only had different sizes. When I informed them of the issue, they didn't even offer an apology they tried to say I asked for the wrong thing. Uh! NO! You didn't actually Walk back to see if the item was there or it was right. I ended up buying another part there and the cashier told me this team member does that stuff all the time, and noone says nothing to her....confirmed I had a legitimate complaint and she lied to cover up her mistake. Ridiculous....I wont be back. I'll just spend my $$ at Lowes or Home Depot....definitely gone down him with the mgmt there compared to a few years back. Hard pass. I wont be back.

I e-mailed the corporate office to see if I could buy a 3T shirt for my son, and the customer service rep who helped me was outstanding! -- Every time I go in our local store, they go above and beyond to help us find what we need.
