It was my first time at McCoys. I had to purchase paint for our fire department. Mike in paint was so helpful. He helped me find the right paint, primer, and brushes. He also mixed a custom red that was the exact match as our fire trucks. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The cashiers were equally friendly. Great place for home improvement, DIY, etc. I will be returning often.

Went in looking for a particular oil. Two employees were great. Walked me to an isle we figured out it wasn't what I needed and they pointed me to another store that would. Appreciate their helpful and patient nature

I wasn't even aware brazoria had it's very own McCoy's. Don't you just love a big Ole hardware store? I don't think there's one I don't love perusing around in. This one is quite big and the service was fast and polite. I'll be a repeat customer here forever.

I don't come in here very often however when I do I am met at the door with a hello welcome to McCoy's. Someone will usually ask if they could be of assistance and, of course not being much of a handyman, I will say yes do you have such and such? Then I will be taken to wherever such and such is located Chit-chatting along the way. Great people and great service. Love it. I feel like my business is really appreciated, like I'm a welcome family member. Como De La Familia.

Lots of helpful items. But the employees not so much. I didn't even get a greeting at the door much less have one single employee offer to assist me with anything. Even though I kept turning in a circle in the middle of the store looking at the aisle labels to try and find what I was looking for. Also there is no pamphlets for the counters or cabinets that can be installed. So I couldn't even take that home to discuss with the fam. Weird. I kinda expect that behavior from lowes and home depot, I guess I expected more from mccoy's.
