I have been a customer here for years. My doctor faxed in a script two days ago and I went to pick it up around 3 pm the next day, well over 28 hours. The pharmacists just said they were busy yesterday and in the end suggested I could do business elsewhere. I know Ronnie Matthews would not be pleased. I wasn't rude but I wasn't happy either. What has happened to customer service? All they had to do was apologize and perhaps act like they maybe appreciated the many years I have used their pharmacy.
I have tried most of the pharmacies here in Marshall Texas and have been less than impressed! When I found this small town drug store with old fashioned values I was ecstatic! I am 48 years old and have used pharmacies throughout Texas and this one is by far the most considerate caring and best pharmacy I've used to date! Thank you matthewson drug!
