Going through a pathetic experience, it's not even been a year of buying the home.We bought the home in 2021 May. We are encountering major plumbing issues inside the home which were construction faults. They are having to literally dig up the foundation to correct it. The warranty team is working to resolve it, but what if this had happened after the warranty expired. You would have to shell thousands to correct it. We didn't even receive a courtesy call from the corporate division assuring us of the resolving any future issues related.
I love their double master bedroom floorplan one is downstairs and the other is upstairs with a huge loft and you can enjoy builder paid closing cost ask me how!
Elegant, beautiful homes. I’m satisfied with my purchase.
Located near I85 and close to all good restaurants. Community is maintained well.
