This was our first use of MasterPark. We had read great reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff at MasterPark Lot C were all extremely kind and helpful. They have a great system which for us worked flawlessly. We booked online but when we arrived there was no need to show any of our booking forms. Our car was tagged and we were on our way to our flight within a few minutes using their courtesy bus which runs about every 10 minutes. On return from our vacation a week later we simply took the shuttle bus to the parking lot, which arrived after just 5 minutes. The shuttle bus driver called ahead and our car was waiting for us when we arrived 10 minutes later. We showed our booking documents, were almost immediately handed our keys and we were on our way home. Our car was undamaged and no hidden fees. Reasonable prices and first class service…what’s not to like! Thoroughly recommended.

We’ve used this Lot C 10+ times now, and will continue to do so. Their rewards program is fair and we’ve received some free days (on one occasion our parking was not automatically added to the rewards program, we sent an e-mail and the staff politely and promptly updated our account to recognize the parking). We always use their coupons (use their website and request coupons which are then immediately sent to your e-mail), and the discount can be substantial. Pick up to/from the airport is fairly quick, our average wait at the airport for their Lot C van has been maybe 7-10 minutes, a couple times was 1 minute or less, one time it was 20 or so minutes. There were one or two times that despite calling in with our exact pickup zone, it looked like the driver was maybe going to pass us by, but a shout and a wave prevented that, don’t be shy unless you want to wait another 15 minutes, right? Once back to the lot, staff / cashiers get you out of there quickly and your car is waiting as you pay. Drivers are nice and will help with bags. We’ve never had any theft from the car, then again we don’t keep even a dime in a car we are parking. When we arrive to drop off the car I visibly take a photo of the odometer, and we know there has never been a tenth of a mile added to the car while parked here. Easy access to Lot C from I-5 etc. Overall a good experience that we will keep using.

This is where we always park when we go anywhere at the airport. Make sure you go on Groupon to get some good deals. When we pull in, they check you in fast, and just like that, you're off to the airport. Your car is extremely safe. Since they are 24 hours with security. Also, the pick up is really easy. Just call and give them your ticket number. Tell them where you are, and they are there within minutes. Please make sure to tip your drivers.

My husband made a reservation and it was so quick and easy. Just pulled up, gave them the key, took our stuff and got on the shuttle. When we got back, there was actually a shuttle already there (must have been called just prior) so we got on and they zipped us back. Our car was waiting and it was also quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

These guys are in absolutely no rush. In the first place people are often pressed for time when they’re on their way to the airport. Our drop-off was excruciatingly slow. I understand that they’d like to make sure that their vans are going out relatively full, but like I said, it was stressful to sit there for 10 minutes waiting for more people. It’s the holidays. Lines are long. Our pick-up was even worse! We waited for 40minutes. Finally when a van came along it drove right by us! Being picked up is part of the service we paid for! They never sent a second van. And they had plenty! By the time we got to our car it had been 57 minutes from the time we called them. We were cold and tired and didn’t appreciate sitting outside in the cold for almost an hour! Definitely not going to use these guys again!
