This Thanksgiving, I took my turkey to Martin's to have them smoke it. It was so tender and juicy. I recommend this to everyone. For Christmas, I bought a whole Cook's traditional bone-in hickory smoked ham, which I also wanted to smoke. ( Even though, it has already been smoked.) They were such nice people, willing to do whatever I asked of them. But, they were honest and told me that my ham already being cooked and smoked, would probably come out dry and suggested I cook it at home. You could not ask for better customer service than that. They made a difference in my Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners and I would recommend them for any occasion.
Best ribs ever! I buy several slabs at a time to take them to Louisiana with me for my son. When he come to visit, Martin's ribs is what he wants for dinner. He even buys several slabs to take home.
They have the best ribs in the county.
