Want to file a warranty claim for limbs that split the first time I took it out but no response for emails and the number is disconnected. Don't buy Martin Archery products.

Martin is back in a big way. The entire line up of bows are second to none. Dollar for dollar there is not a finer bow out there. Thank you Martin Archery for delivering when the others couldn't.

Before my bow delaminated I would have given this company 5 stars. That happened back in APRIL 2021 and since then I've sent emails and calls about the warranty and have not recieved a response. It was a good bow but terrible customer service is not okay. I wont be buying a martin again.

Has anyone experienced Martin archery's 'new ownerships? I have and the C.S.reminds me of the old days.I bought my 1st compound bow and I've been in touch with Martin almost daily. They put a sincere effort into pleasing me, to as frustrated I was with a used Martin Cheetah....wouldn't be shocked if they put computers in these ugly things that you have to take in to adjust weight, draw length by buying 7 different modules. Im an older man so I remember recurves,instinctive shooting and tuning your bows yourself I also remember old school customer service. Service station attendants pumped your gas , washed your windows, checked your oil, battery water, radiator, windshield washer bottle, inspected tires,and smiled and bid each other a good day. Now many customers are demanding and impatient and businesses do not have good relations with customers, many lacking good workmanship. My son talked me into buying a used Martin Cheetah to see if I'd like it. , well I dont.That's when I started dealing with Martin on a regular basis. when I discovered Martin was under new ownership The next time you Martin users talk to the people at Martin, I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised. You will not find a better bow out there. The new Martin lineup is not not only smooth and fast, it is above the rest when it comes to the new technology that has been brought to the table. Their customer service is the best in the industry and stands behind the products!! If you have not picked up a Martin you are missing out.
