My boyfriend and I went shopping here today 3/9/24. On top of having a bagger crush out burger buns, and put a bag on top of another package of buns, and a punctured yogurt. We came home to undercooked burgers. I’ve gotten them here before without issue but this time one was completely pink in the middle and the other was pink around the edges; edible but not cooked well. When my boyfriend called, not wanting a refund or another burger but to make sure they were aware of the issue, he was told that they didn’t believe him and MAYBE they’d make him another burger. Most of the people who work here are kind, but this person was rude for no reason. I’m finally sick of having all my groceries thrown around aimlessly in the bags and having crushed goods. I even pre-sort the groceries to make it easier for them. Train your workers to do better. They’re teens and it’s their first job, so they do need to be told how to bag. I don’t blame them, I blame the management who seemingly doesn’t train them.

The bakery here at Market basket is fabulous. Very professional looking unlike other Market baskets that need to step up. The cakes here actually look like an adult decorated them rather than a child with the frosting just spewed all over the cake. I had an issue with a cake that I had written on and I asked for it to be redone, and thankfully it was handled with care, and wasn't a problem at all. The gentleman in the coffee department was a good fit... Very chatty It was fun talking to him

Years ago when market basket was a small family business in Northern New England. They cared about their consumers and their prices. The employees were helpful and courteous. It appears that they no longer practice those values. I know that prices have escalated in the past few years. I've also noticed, days before a holiday they replace The market basket brand items with the more expensive items on the shelves. Therefore you are forced to buy the most expensive items for your holiday parties. I think it's obnoxious that the management resorts to deceitful practices.

I just love a good Market Basket. Always great bargains at MB. Very clean store awesome staff. You can always find someone to help you. No matter who you ask they all seem to know right where that item is. To me that is a major plus. There is nothing worse than trying to find something and can't even find someone to help you. That will never happen at MB!! Awesome place to shop!! Highly recommend it.

Best prices of any grocery store around! Great selection and the meat department is excellent. My only wish is that they wouldn't always stock when the store is open. The aisles really get jammed up.
