Prices are just okay. Amanda (I think that's her name) and maybe a Sherry at customer service are always very nice. I usually have to check out there because cashiers are far and few. My problem with Marcs is they don't ask you to punch in your number for the digital rewards. I would like to see some self serve check outs.

Marc's has a great selection of Raman noodles and soups. Creamed flavors, roast pork, several flavors of "hot & spicy" noodles. Normally I would only shop the ad there and see what seasonal closeout items Marc's has but then I found one of the best varieties of cup noodles on my end of town. They also have a really nice selection of sandwiches and salads plus the deli counter. In the freezer and cooler section they have "family" sizes of everything from shredded cheese to microwave dinners. In the seasonal department they have everything from flower and vegetable seeds to planters and yard decorations. Household items like pots, pans and skillets to baking ware. Nice variety of kitchen gadgets and utensils.

Many issues with trip to Springfield Marc's tonight. First, you have an employee running a floor sweeper cleaner that is blowing strong chemical fumes behind it while shoppers are all over the store. People with breathing issues, not me, should not be subject to this while they are shopping (this should be reported to the health dept). Issue number two, you have one register open at 530, prime time, and 14 customers in 1 line. When asked to open additional register, we were told there is no one available. You have a clerk over the loudspeaker who continues to offer to check out 15 items or less. Well, guess what. No one in line had under 15 items. You have employees available to clean the store but no one to check out your customers. The biggest concern here, is the chemical fumes from your floor cleaners. Several costumers, including myself, commented while walking throughout the store. I don't know who is running this store but you must do better, much better. The poor cashier. She was amazing!

This store is clean and well organized. I always find what I am looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is awesome and the people the work at the customer service desk are quick. Checkout is fast. They usually have at least 3 checkouts open.

Paul and I go out of our way to shop this store because of the staff at customer service is great especially Lora Cain, Brandy and Amanda they are great to see when we come in there this store is lucky to have these ladies.
