Appointment was at 5pm. We reached 10.30pm, checked in, Got dock right away, loaded Quickly, left premises at 12am. You can call them anytime to let them know when ur coming.

Looks like they have improved, 20:00appt got loaded 21:20! They allowed me to check in 4hrs before the appointment! Overnight parking,Didn’t give 5 stars only because I didn’t see drivers restrooms

I have 9pm appointment i checked in early in morning they load me by 2pm good place parking easy docks

An hour after appt,we were finally puti. The dock. 4 pallets and it took them 1 hours and now we're over 2 hours still sitting in the dock for paperwork. The lady in the shipping office is a power tripping nutjob. She screeched when we asked about our paperwork. This place is ridiculous! Stay away!!

Showed up at 1:30pm, had an appointment for 2pm, got door at 2:40 pm but waiting ever since to get loaded. More than 7 hrs on the dock , if they take this long to load one truck, barely any work gets done inside too. Only excuse they have is waiting for product. Why are you booking appts for loading trucks if you don't have the product yet. They lie to customers and screw over truckers. Do better
