Is Lyft giving you hard time about your background check? I can see mine through a Lyft provided link. Complete and clear. May 31, 2022 it is 2326 hours of June, 21. I keep receiving the run around. I sank over 500 bucks in my ride almost week ago. I have not been able to return on that. I have a family vacation beginning of July. So now I'm out over 500 plus the truck payment I made mid month. 4 day span on that truck was about 1200 bucks. I was really relying on ride share to make those funds back and then some.
The internet hours says the Lyft Hub closes at 4:30. I went up there at around 2:30pm and the security told me the whole staff left for the day. But she didn’t stop there she said they actually leave EARLY everyday around 1-2:00 pm. So if you want to ever speak with someone it’s best to go up there when they first open or else you’ll be wasting your time and gas :) Do better Lyft
I scheduled a Lyft 2 days in advance... I had to be at work at 4 am. The driver canceled on me when he was 6 minutes away. I couldn't get another ride til 5 30 and ended up late and received a citation. Today.. I had to be at work at 4 am.. I sent a request for a scheduled ride the morning before....no one accepted my ride.. I was late..got another citation. Im gonna end up fired because of these people. I need my own car...
Service is terrible, there are a few good drivers but the bad outweighs the good. My parent has been left without a ride to an appointment several times. She was Totally forsaken for a ride home which meant making new arrangement after 7 pm in the evening to get her home.~Signed dissatisfied customer
I have driven for years and 4000 rides. Waste of time to go there trust me. It is a bunch of robots that just read from a script. I m not surprised since corporation and the never care for the workers. Surprised the people that help in there horrible and oblivious to reality of being a human. Trust me don't waste your time up here. They should close it. I don't know what the point is besides giving cheap coffee and air freshener
