Fast and efficient service in the repair store. Their process was explained (deposit, estimate, repair, pay with refund on deposit) and we were informed of the expected time for repairs. Loved the level of communication and excellent service! I even found some half-sized jam pots for canning that I had been searching for for months. And they were reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back to Luke's in future.

I typically make it a point to shop local businesses but will never go here again. Besides the prices being expensive, the employees have always been rude and seem unappreciative of my business. I stopped here today to get a propane tank refilled and was told that they won't refill it when it's lightning. I understand this policy but I sat in my truck for 20 minutes waiting for the rain to stop and there was NEVER any thunder or lightning. It's my opinion that nobody wanted to go outside to refill the tank. That's ok because there are a dozen other places that would be happy to have my business.
