OMG.... The first grocery store I've ever been that has a bar in it! It was wild, but they had an amazing selection of alcohol in the store for purchase, along with a wonderful deli, coffee shop, and even someone smoking meat out side. I wish I was a local, because this would be my go to store. You even get to see all the chubby pigeons looking for snacks. I love OKs little crackhead grackles/black birds bit those pigeons were something else.

We stopped here on the recommendation of our nearby KOA campground staff while we traveled through the area. What a great store! We especially loved the friendly staff and the huge bag of freshly made tortilla chips we purchased. And we have near seen an actual bar inside a grocery store! Wine prices were also comparable to Walmart for the base brands we purchase.

When traveling in the area, we always spend the night so we can shop at Lowe’s! The fresh tortillas and chips are amazing, we stock up! The free sample was tasty. The alcohol selection is top notch. Today we found Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, hard to find in our home area.

This store is one of my favorites. It’s clean and has good prices. They have a great selection of desserts in the bakery area, they have a Sushi station, with great sushi. They also have a great selection of beers, wines, and liquors! The fresh tortillas they make daily are warm and delicious. This store also has good prices on meats, especially if you take advantage of the Value Paks they make. Now my favorite part: This grocery store has a bar inside! They usually have live music on the weekends, and they have a pretty good selection of beers on tap. The service was great, super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was better than some of the bars I’ve been to. You can also order food from the hot food section of the store (fried chicken, pizza, burritos) and take into the bar and enjoy it there. Kids are allowed only if accompanied by an adult. What more can I say, in my opinion this is the nicest grocery store in Alamogordo, better than Walmart and Albertsons.

I stopped in to get gas and a bag of ice for the trip home to Albuquerque. This store is very clean and organized and a nice place to shop. I was able to pay for my bag of ice at the self checkout with no problem.
