I have been calling my little studio at Lot 24 home for almost 4 years and still loving it! The people, location, the pool, the dogs lol- it's simply the best.

Lot offers a modern, upscale 90-unit property giving a quaint and cozy living experience. I lived here for over two years before moving out of Pittsburgh and wish I could have purchased my apartment I loved it that much. Less than one minute from the river trail. Offers a green space for dogs near-by. Walkable to Lawrenceville, Downtown, and the North Side. A short car ride away from anywhere else in the city. The staff goes above and beyond to treat everyone with integrity, compassion, and respect. The staff does their best at the hands of the Property Management Company (Midwood) which ultimately is making the final decisions for the property and residents. I'm keeping my eye out for a small studio just in case one opens up and I have a place to stay when I'm visiting home. Live here! You won't regret it.

Community Manager Lisa Carney has been a tremendous help to me and my partner finding a new home. She was very patient and very willing to work with us to get us a good fit. An absolute pleasure to work with.

I cannot say enough about how much we love living at Lot24. Any request is immediately granted, the people who work here are so nice, and the location and amenities are amazing. We never have a problem finding parking, our neighbors are quiet, we could not ask for more!

Nice place - convenient- apartment is clean and spacious for a studio apartment. Restaurants and public parking right there. Anyone moving to Pittsburgh should check out out. And they have free coffee in the lobby for residents- nice touch.
