This truck just cut multiple people off almost causing several severe accidents. The driver was driving as if intoxicated or extremely angry. Whoever was behind the wheel of this truck 12/15/23 at 1:20 needs to be checked on.

Your technicians did an awesome job of getting us set up seamlessly. I was impressed how quickly they had us up and running. You can tell they enjoy what they do and they are efficient and knowledgeable. Our trainer anticipated our needs and helped customize our screens and even programmed our mailing label and tank tags to the drawers we needed to print out of. I learned some of the fun new bells and whistles this printer has and can't wait to use them all. Loffler has amazing staff!

Horrible service for any small business. Does not respond to service calls. supplies take 3-4 weeks to get delivered (across town if they are in stock) months if to get if out of stock. Our last phone call was an "oopps, we have that in stock and forgot to ship the last 3 week" after multiple phone calls requesting an update on a drum for printer while our company printer is down. Took 9 months & 3 different sales rep's to get billing and service contract corrected.

Their IT doesn't get complex environments and they'll nickel and dime you. If you need basic stuff and minimal support they're probably awesome and seem to have decent proactive methodologies, but if you need anything out of the ordinary for an IT environment they're terrible and have response times that make cable installers seem prompt.

I have a list of 5 standard configurations that need to be setup on all printers but they have failed to do this consistently even after I have contacted them 4 times about this. I have wasted countless hours contacting them asking why they aren't doing what we pay them to do.
