Lisa was absolutely fantastic this past weekend! She was punctual and communicated great with me as to where she had parked so we could easily walk to her vehicle. Our group was a bit much I’m sure but she handled us with grace and was a sweetheart. I would definitely recommend her for transportation around the Ann Arbor area!

Driver showed up early to airport just to be safe but patiently waited until we were ready. Was very friendly. We had the same driver pick up at the airport and had the same experience.
