I have never had any issues with anyone at Lincare. They all have been super nice and helpful. My most recent contact was with Ed. He has made sure that I will have everything that I will need for my upcoming trip. He even made sure that I'll have an oxygen concentrator delivered to my hotel as well as setting up a personal concentrator for my flight. Thank you to everyone at Lincare for making sure I never run out of oxygen and supplies.

I’ve been on a CPAP for many years but until I started working with Brian at Lincare I have never had help to know what mask was best and how to manage my machine for a better nights sleep. 5 stars for all their help!

We’ve had a positive experience with Lincare. Every time I call during business hours they answer the phone and I don’t have to leave a message. They always ship our oxygen supplies quickly and they come quickly when I need tanks exchanged.

This was such an awful experience to deal with Lincare. From the get they were condescending with my wife when dropping off equipment. Once we were able to have our pediatrician order an at home pulse oxygen monitor, they failed to receive two faxes, sent their manager the order via email, and called in regularly. At the end of the day it will be nearly a month from the time we got the order to the time we will actually receive our at home test. It makes you wonder if maybe they make more money off the at home oxygen and decided to not see the order for some time. The people on the phone were usually rude and unhelpful. We didn’t choose Lincare, we were just assigned them after leaving the NICU. If you are in this situation reading this, I strongly urge you to switch your company ASAP, your pediatrician can help you. I wish we could give 0 stars. Lincare is awful overall, the employees you’ll call into don’t make it any better.

I have been a client for a year and a half now, I have had to fight to get my O2 tanks and O2 machine and now they have wasted my insurance money on a wheelchair that I can't even use because it doesn't have an O2 holder, so instead of let's my doctor know that they don't have they right one they gave me one that is useless as I have to hold the tanks on my lap and try to wheel myself around without dropping the heavy tanks. Very unprofessional
