Customer service is horrible, no regard for the customer. I complained to my pulmonologyst and he said he was fed up with them also. Don't expect any follow through or returned telephone calls. I'm done with lincare.

I needed a CPAP asap to get surgery approval. Lincare was able to get me one quickly and even followed up to get the paperwork from the doctor's office which was delayed. Lisa was on time and extremely helpful. She explained the different mask options, measured me for the correct size, and explained how to use the CPAP. I highly recommend.

We were traveling and didn't want to bring along my oxygen concentrator from home.Bill was incredibly helpful in arranging the equipment to our hotel, and answering any questions I had about O2 and my C-pap, as I am a fairly new user. He is very knowledgable and I would highly recommend Lincare in Atlantic City.

If you are going to spend the rest of your life with a company, this is not the one. I takes 2yrs to get to know someone, and they didnt get past 2 weeks. All around horrible company.

Customer service representative insist on bringing up old issues that can’t be resolved because it’s in the past. Trying to set an appointment she hung up on me after placing me on hold then I called back ten minutes later and she just kept bringing up the past. I think she wanted me to agree with her point of view but I just need an appointment for a cpap not a lecture. Abruptly placed me on hold again and luckily another person answered and is trying to set up an appointment. I waited all day at home for the first person, no call, no show and no call to reschedule.
