We are at a point in life where we could get by with one car, but it had to be a car we could both drive. Been long standing Toyota people. From Corollas, RAV4, Highlander, Camry, Avalon. Always the top of the line, limited or special edition. Looked to replace my husbands Highlander and sold my Camry when it appeared I didn’t need to commute anymore for work and being the SXE edition a low rider ain’t a smooth move for some 65+ year old bodies. We looked around and ended up looking at Lexus. First visiting German Dealer on a Sunday to look at inventory. Then setting up appointment. The minute we walked into the Dealership, Aimee greeted us and welcomed us to sit down. She took her time to really listen to what we had to say, what were our transportation needs, expectations from a car, payment range, amenities, etc. she said,” I think I have exactly what you’re looking for. “ We test drove a gorgeous 2024 Pearl White premium + Lexus 350RX. Aimee explained each detail, special feature, and added amenity while my husband and I took turns test driving (even tested self parking) in a parking lot. Incredible ride. We got back to dealership and discussed financing offers and Lexus incentives. Put some options together and got a nice trade in value in the Highlander. The finance person did a good job in getting things lined up why Lexus Finance. Aimee worked on getting the car set up for protection package and other delivery care. We picked up the car after Aimee and the Service Manager reviewed key features and driving set ups. Aimee personally cleaned up the windows and made it shine. We have loved our Lexus ever since. First week my husband drove to Nashville taking a family member back home. Said it was a solid and quiet ride. We appreciated Aimee’s excellent follow up. Helping to answer questions and assisting husband with title/licence follow up while the dealership person was on vacation. No hard sell tactics from Aimee. Would recommend Aimee and Germain Lexus’s of Ann Arbor without hesitation. Thank you Aimee.

i worked with Sean, he was cool very understanding and helpful. i came in knowing kind of what i wanted and we figured it out alright id say. having worked in the background of car dealerships that’s not something you find a lot of.

My experience with Karyn was awesome. I was left feeling as as though I found a new friend and advisor. Staff left me feeling as if I were part of the family. I would definitely recommend Germain Lexus of Ann Arbor. I love my RX 350! and Karyn has certainly put me in my comfort zone.
