Rusty is amazing! We were searching for a car rental place who didn’t hold money for long periods of time and made the whole process really easy. Last resort car rental is where you wanna go! Amazing service and pick up and drop off straight to and from the airport. We have used them for cars the past couple times we have visited Arizona. We have recommended family to use them and recommend anyone to use them. The cars are new and in great shape. Work perfectly. Reasonable rates and insurance policy.

One of the major car rental companies, wouldn’t let me rent a car because my drivers license expired. LAST RESORT picked me up from the airport, and let me rent a car from them. They promised me my $200 deposit would be returned once I dropped the car off. Days later, I dropped the car off. Took my flight home. But their credit card line was done, and I didn’t see the deposit back into my account. I called them, they apologized, and made sure the money was back into my account. THEY KEPT their WORD, let me rent a car in AZ with temperatures hitting 113! Five star company!! You can trust in them - they were professional and accommodating, at a time I was basically stranded!!

Thank you so much Last Resort Rental for accommodating us with such a great deal and for a nice car! Highly recommend this company to anyone renting a car in Phoenix. They offer free transportation to and from the airport and are only about 2 miles away. They have way better deals than any other company around and had very good customer service. We will be using them for our next trip to Phoenix.

My friends arrived from out of state and were told they could pay cash for their rental at a different company only to be turned away when they arrived saying they had to use a credit card. Last resort Car Rental came to the rescue and got them a car to use and they paid with a debit card/cash. Quick, easy, and super friendly. 5min from airport and they’ll pick you up! Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this company. Upon landing in Phoenix from Indiana, I realized my driver's license was expired which forfeited my car rental reservation. I was sunk, every possible option did not pan out. Facing the possibility of returning immediately home and canceling everything, I was referred to a sweet lady who actually came to the airport to pick us up! They accepted my license, gave us an amazing vehicle upgrade (newer Toyota suv!) and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes! Just real people, running a real business trying to fill the gap for people in a pinch! Thank you so much! We got to see the Grand Canyon because of you!
