Decided to stop in for some breakfast tacos at 5:30 AM. I was there standing for a minute ready to order some tacos and the lady was cooking. I thought she was just busy but not once did she tell me that they’re not serving till 6am it took almost 3 minutes for a different employee to tell me the tacos won’t be ready till 6 AM. Granted they had plenty of food ready to go and the tacos I need it was just two bacon and eggs they had which they had plenty of. I don’t like my time to have wasted, and I don’t like standing in a line like an idiot

Very bad service I ask somebody if they had carnitas bravas and he raise his voice no that's all we have and I was gonna slap him but said no so I dicide not to buy nothing it that store no more I work in San Antonio and drive to laredo every Friday use to stop but they r rude cold food

Horrible service. Stood there at laredo taco factory for 10 min and asked when they opened. Lady making tortillas said when she’s done making tortillas. 2nd woman walked up and never acknowledged us. We passed on food and grabbed drinks only due to fly’s landing all over food.

You have to get the fresh food for it to count. 7am and 10:30am are the times to get it. Unfortunately they close it early and there will be very few selections. This last time I went had nearly 10 different entrees to choose from! When the food is fresh, I end up taking 3 meals with me togo! Love the food! they're not 24/7 maybe the quick grab burritos and the store itself sure. but the laredo taco has now started serving at 6am. not it's usual 4am since that's when the oilfield workers normally packed this place to get food
