Building is older, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Would stay again!

The staff here are great! I left my electric toothbrush behind on accident because I left so early in the morning. They saved my toothbrush for me for over a week and gave it to me when I came back into town. A+ service!

Our apartment flooded and we needed somewhere fast and fair priced.. Lakeside was the spot!! Priced really fair for our 2 full sized beds with a kitchenette. The 2 lovely people who checked me in were so nice!! It was very quiet and I felt safe(big deal-i had 2 kids with me)!! Will highly recommend to anyone who asks me!! Looks can be very deceiving... They are so nice there!!

I have been staying here for several months, and my stay has been very pleasant. The new owners are extremely nice people. The rooms vary in size. My room is somewhat small for me and my 2 dogs. If you're staying for several days, the rooms with kitchenettes are much larger. The owners want to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay. Based on the fact this Motel was built in 1935, it is clean and comfortable. Beautiful lake view.
