I would have given 5 stars as the place was clean and quiet - I would definitely stay here again. My only negative comment is that when I checked in, the room wasn’t cooling and was quite stuffy. I immediately knew to check the aircon filters as I have previous experience with this type of cooling unit and it was super dirty (see pics). Since it was so late when I checked in I just cleaned them myself in the shower stall. I only post this for accountability purposes for the staff. These filters should be cleaned at least once a month.
Loved the hotel. Updated rooms and fairly quiet (music from the BBQ place can be annoying). We let them know upon check-in that we might shorten our stay from 4 to 3 nights. Regardless, we didn't get a refund. No one is ever at the desk. For example. You have to wait until 3 to check in, but the lights are off in the office. Wait for someone to drive over to get the key to your room. No staff on site.
The apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. It was also well equipped with washing machine, detergent and a drier. The kitchen was also well equipped with fridge, utensils, pots, plates and some coffee powder for the guest. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to use them as we only stayed for a night.

We stayed in a 2 BR unit at Lake Powell Motel. It was our home away from home for 5 days and if we ever return to Page, we will definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, and well stocked to cook in our apartment or enjoy the grills and community patios. Great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Mark is so helpful and friendly...he takes a lot of pride in his motel and it shows. I highly recommend staying here and go on one of his Jeep tours as well!! Thanks, Mark for all your hospitality and knowledge of the area. Even during the pandemic, our vacation to Arizona was amazing!!!!
