For a basic hotel which has an exercise room and a fresh breakfast, this place is a great value. Front desk Teri is a real sweetheart! I had a nice quiet room with the refrigerator and a microwave. I came here to be with my Mom while she was in hospice care and greatly appreciated the kindness and empathy that was shown to me from the front desk. Water pressure from the shower is great! I only wish that it had a flexible handheld.

Horrible. Dirty. Not worth the price. Maintenance crew was rude. No pillows or blankets after calling multiple times until they said they ran out. Finally got some after a night and a day. Room we booked had a broken bed and the cot they gave was smaller than the pull out and as thick as a piece of paper. Had to go buy my own air mattress to accommodate my family. Absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was disappointing.

I don't understand those who made bad comments. The room was very clean. Every electronic device was working. There was no bad smell. They took care of it very well. The air conditioner was also working well. The only problem is breakfast. There were very few and bad "ready' food products. Apart from that, I can say that it is the cleanest hotel to stay in these price averages.

Stayed in room 422.. Bathroom need attention! Shower did not work and the sink needed fixed. Of course it was filled, and so many complaints at the desk. For $280 ....sucks. so we really couldn't shower. On top of that my niece in another room, had issues. When theyvpulled out the couch it was broken, and shower didn't work. OF course no other rooms were available All we got was this card to complain.

The rooms are next level awful. King room had no couch so asked to find another room. In fairness staff tried to help but three rooms checked and no couch. They game me a sheet for the recliner. The rooms (all three I got to see) we run down at best. We had two towels and one was dirty. When we asked for towels we were told we were 10 rooms deep in requests for towels. Next morning and we still have no towels. Too late and few options so we stayed. Leaving a day a early and will be paying double someplace else just so we don’t have to stay here another night.
