The deluxe rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The maids didn't wear mask, the pool was nasty green and freezing, the spa was ice cold, and the self serve breakfast was powdered donuts in wrappers that you get from the gas station. The front desk staff was really nice though.
The hotel is very attractive and clean with a friendly, helpful staff. The only issue I had is that the hotel is pet friendly and the people across the hall had a dog that liked to hear himself bark. That eventually calmed down however the couple also had kids in the room next to Fido that thought nothing of constantly banging their door past 11p.m.
Room was clean and nice. Parking lot was too small and over crowded at times. Breakfast was not very good so we ate out instead, wouldn't consider that a reason to stay here. Dogs allowed but no pet pickup areas on the property so poop in the grass. Front desk staff were nice, other staff were non engaging. Pool and hot tub are indoors and stagnant with no fountains to keep water moving so we didn't attempt to get in. For the price it was okay.
Rooms were fine. Platinum member requested early check in but accommodated only 30 minutes early. Property notified the hotel 2 times in advance to help with scheduling, previous guests checked out in plenty of time to have turned the rooms if proper planning had been done. Breakfast was non-existent with an hour to spare - had to go out and bring it in for the family, which was not budgeted. Facilities were clean and available although renovations and rebranding in process - that was impressive.
We loved staying here. The service was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. They had free water and popcorn waiting for us in oir room when we got there. They also had free lemonade and cookies out in the lobby. We also had free breakfast in the morning that was delicious. The price was even better. I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in.
