The gentleman at the front desk very personable and welcoming. Our room was spotless and the mattress was AMAZING! The only complaint is the location. It is on a busy one way road and if you’re coming from the opposite direction you have to swing around. More than worth it for the exceptionally clean rooms! Props to their cleaning staff!
The rooms were nice and clean. The location was also good. The issue was with the service. We had confirmed our room before we left (like we always do) and she was trying to tell me that we didn't and argued with me.. very rude may I add. Kicked us out of our rooms twice. (We had 2 rooms). Kept getting us confused with other people. When it came down to charging the rooms they charged us for 3 rooms and like 4 other charges. We had to keep going downstairs and getting it fixed.. messed up our bank account.Took forever to fix it.. the only thing I will say that they fixed it. Sorry to say this was our last time staying at this location. One last thing I will add as well... the manager was nice and she's the one who fixed our account and the gentleman.. the lady with the long black hair... she was the rude one. I don't know what her deal was or why she was in a bad mood but yeah very rude. She argued with anyone that had a problem.
I had a reservation for two rooms, I wish I would have got names, anyway one person was so nice to accommodate my needs, when my first family members appeared, without asking if they had a reservation, they was told they had no rooms, but a reservation was president and evidently resolved. I checked in another family member over the phone a day earlier, the next day to ensure it would be ready for her and her family. The same thing upon entering them entering the building before checking to see if they had a reservation, the same individual at the desk said we don't have any available rooms, my daughter proceed to explain she had a reservation one, the front desk confirmed and they was checked in the previous day, eventually they got into the room, I don't want to cry racist, but both families was black, but I could only believe it was that same person at the front desk, you know who you are, and so do you business.
GREAT La Quinta. Rooms were super clean and accommodating. Check-in was easy and fast. There's a good grass potty area for dogs. Will definitely stay here again the next time we're passing through.
Something was weird with our reservation and the guy was pretty clueless, but we did get into a room! It was very nice and clean! Someone’s dog was barking non stop early in the morning, my 3 kids were quieter. I don’t like that hotels allow dogs at all, but that’s a personal preference. Overall good experience here
