We only stayed one night but it was clean and the breakfast was great. My husband loved it because they had sausage gravy. Any where we have gone they never have sausage gravy. Breakfast area was very clean as well. Hallway on 4th floor was a bit warm but the room was nice and cold. Everything else was great. Will be back if ever needed.

The staff are great! We had a great time at this hotel! If you’re coming here to swim then I’d recommend going to a different hotel, the swimming pool was packed (I don’t imagine it would be all the time)! That’s not the hotel’s fault tho. My only complaints is that when we were trying to swim all we could smell was marijuana, they were the parents of some kids that were swimming. I appreciate that they went outside to do it, I don’t like how they did it around at least 12 kids. Another thing is we did find bugs in our bed, we told the staff and they swapped us to another room immediately! They were so kind when we told them! That wasn’t really there fault either since people come in and bring them to the hotel. They sounded very shocked so I don’t think it happens very much if any. I definitely recommend coming to this hotel! They were so kind and helped us with everything we needed.

So I just stayed here with my family for my sisters wedding this weekend. Let me start by saying the staff we encountered during our stay were absolutely amazing! They were welcoming and so helpful! This hotel is old and needs to be completely renovated from top to bottom. The rooms had paint chipping off of the walls, doors and furniture. The shower head was horrible and shot water out at different directions. Our toilet leaked from the bottom the whole stay. Maintenance did come in once but it did slowly start to do it again. We dealt with it and just kept it cleaned up. The beds were miserably small. They have double beds in most of the rooms. Which is absolutely ridiculous because they are so tiny. Queen beds should be in the rooms instead. The cleaning of the rooms were not the best. I walked in and there was crumbs from a hamburger all over the nightstand. There was a stain on the pillow. The floor had dog hair on it, which we were in a pet room. The pet rooms should be cleaned with even more detail than the non animal rooms. Honestly we will never stay at this hotel again unless we have no choice. Again the front desk workers and the maintenance worker were all amazing. The hotel just needs lots of work and the cleaning of the rooms need to improve drastically.

We scheduled a block of rooms, and upon arrival check in was quick and easy, only one luggage cart available for whole hotel so had to carry everything or wait on cart. The beds were horrible, one bed had grass clippings under the cover of the made bed, the shower did not work, and wasnt repaired in timely fashion, had to shower in other rooms. The breakfast was sub par, and they checked us out of our room after the first of 2 night stay, so had to redo all the keys. The air conditioning in the hallways did not work so it was very humid and overall a bad experience. Staying next door at the Hampton for $20 more a night is worth the it

The people working there were great! But my issue is the rooms. The bed was soooo uncomfortable my back was hurting, couldn't sleep toss and turned. Pillows were thin. I was laying down and went to pull covers up and saw blood on the comforter so clearly they don't change the covers, just nasty. Went to take a shower and almost fell from how slippery the tub was left and all the hair in the shower. The room keys never worked. We use to like staying here but the last 2 times room been gross so probably never come back here.
