Before I caught my flight, I wanted to grab a coffee, but I didn't want the traditional starbucks or dunkin so I tried LA Colombe. The line had about 10 people in it, so I figured it had to be good. Plus, I was waiting for my massage chair to be ready. The service was absolutely horrible when I got there. The gentlemen was taking 2 orders at a time like he was a 7 eleven clerk. He took the orders and then went back to never be seen agai. After waiting about 10 mins, a couple of people asked where their drink was. Another employee came up and started making everyone orders. The cappaccuino was awesome, but the service was horrible.

Great location! The guys are super friendly, take their time to explain items on the menu and very helpful with the menu. Tried the Beet root latte - it is different and ok. The service was quick! They were out of my favorite menu item (food) but given the circumstances and coming straight out of the holidays - it is understandable! I will stop by again here. Located right across B2 gate - very convenient!

The employee working at 1:45 on 7/13 should be let go. She was rude, never made eye contact, continued working on an açaí bowl while 8 more people got in line and never said a word. When I asked her about a drink, I received one word answers and I had to initiate asking if I could place my order. And a polite, “I’ll be with you in a moment,” would’ve gone a long way with the other folks in line. Customer service is dead

La Colombe located between gates A,B and C (C (TSA Precheck security) is an excellent bakery, as well as having breakfast food sandwiches, smoothies, and açai bowls. Everything comes in fresh and taste really good. Their muffins are amazing.

The woman at the counter had her phone out and on the counter and she could NOT stop looking at it as she made my cappuccino - I'm surprised she didn't spill things everywhere. She absolutely fried the milk - it was so hot that even after walking all the way to terminal F and letting it sit another 10 minutes I still couldn't drink it. Under extracted because she barely looked at how much coffee she dumped into the portafilter. I get that this is airport coffee, but this was the worst I've had in the last 10 years.
