I went on March the 4th type in my number for my gas discount the Guy Name Adria/ She they Name tag said my ALT ID didn’t go… Not sure why because I use the same number in valley with no problem…and inside store Then turn around and use my husband number he said the same thing I was told by another shopper he always telling people that they number not working…I will no longer go there I will stay long too Valley Store where I never have a problem using my ALT ID or card

Love Kroger fuel points. Wish they had more fuel service stalls, sometimes it gets tiresome waiting in line for those who have to pay at booth instead of at the pump.

This is a poorly designed station. There is only one pump per lane so all cars in line have to wait while customers go to window and prepay for their gas. Additionally, the pumps don’t have extensions, so cars have to line up only on the side that matches the location of their gas cap. Finally, two of the pumps have been out of order for at least the past three days so the wait times have increased. To add even more salt in the wound, one of the pumps does not provide receipts so you have to go and stand in line for one. A poor experience. Tried again this week. Once again, very slow pumps followed by no paper in the receipt roll. Doesn't anyone ever refill these things at this station? One star again.
