Only 2 stars because the people are nice. Almost everytime I come here, they only have glazed donuts. No other ones. AND, they are never, and I mean never warm. Today, came in at about 8pm, they claim they make fresh donuts from 5-7pm yet 1. They only had glazed and lemon donuts and 2. They were cold. Not even room temp, simply, cold.

Got there in a Rick of time!!! It was the day of the donut and my stomach had relayed a message to my brain. The message emphasized hunger with cameos of growling sounds, so I respond to the call for help and immediately made a direct migration to the destination. Arrived just in a nick of time, since they had only 10 assorted donuts left in the display. 3 peach cobblers and I believe 7 chocolate donuts. The remaining 14 were fresh glazed donuts and i hold no issue at all whatsoever. Got the 2nd dozen for $2.👀 and bid the establishment a great thank you very much and the food court was now in session. The glazed were still hot when we got back to the house. 👍🏿

I ordered 2 dozen. 1 original glazed 1 assorted which included 3 strawberry glazed… simple enough right ??? Nope Had my SO pick up the donuts and they only gave him the assorted dozen. So I called the same night twice no answer. I got there at 6:30 the next morning before work. I was greeted at the speaker “we won’t have any glazed donuts until after 7 am” I said okay I’ll come back later. I returned after work and that’s when the show started. Where the employees were basically said I was lying. They asked did I call. What number did I call? So then they asked me to pull up I give the receipt and the rude lady comes to the window takes the receipt and call the manager. So she said that the manager personally packed my donuts themself so they should know that I DIDN’T get my original glazed right ?? They said that they made the strawberry fresh but not 1 strawberry donut was included in the box…. Then the employee came out and was like I can give you coupon for the original glazed donuts (because AGAIN they don’t have any orignal glazed at 5:00 in the evening). I asked if I could just get my assorted donuts replaced since they were messed up and they don’t have the original glazed… that was a whole nother issue. I didn’t want the coupon I wanted the other dozen of donuts I PAID FOR !!! I just took the coupon and I’ll go to different location cause this one is completely scratched off my list. Like who doesn't love Krispy Kreme donuts. But due to my experience with an employer there during my recent visit has me never wanting to visit them in person ever again. I will however order online when I'm craving for donuts. And I don't like to get others in any kind of trouble so I didn't think to get the name of the employer at the time and since someone else stepped in to complete our order I didn't get to see him either cause we used drive thru services. But aside that encounter with an employee KRISPY KREME DONUTS ARE DELICIOUSLY ADDICTIVE and AWESOMELY TASTING. And the business itself get 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ratings from me.

The doughnuts compared to the one on Washington Rd are far superior. But that's the only good thing I can say about this place. Because the service is lacking. I was there for the double dozen for 16.99, and they didn't have any filled Doughnuts on display. But there's a worker visible to everyone standing there making them. So I just waited while watching her make racks of them. So I asked the lady how long on the Doughnuts, and she said we're sold out and they don't make any more until tomorrow. I guess she felt I didn't see what was going on behind the counter. So asked, "Are you sure, and she was like, yea." So after obviously lying, she turns around and sees what I saw and started to block the girl making the Doughnuts with the rack carts so I could no longer see what I already have seen. BUT HEY THE DOUGHNUTS ARE GOOD. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL PISS YOU OFF THOUGH.
