Nice looking store. This store use to use mood lights but now they are brighter. My friend was looking for a particular type of jacket 🧥 from the junior miss section and she couldn't find the section. We asked customer service and the area that we were directed to had a very limited selection. Not a lot of floor staff. Kohl's is hiring, but, a lot of businesses are in need of help. Merchandise is pricey. Electronics section surprised me because I consider Kohl's a fashion store.

What the heck?? I have never seen more disorganized merchandise in any other store chain and it is not just this one at Fox Run Mall. The mens clothing department is often a disaster. And not everything you find for sale here is of good quality. You really have to shop carefully. And finding my sizes is difficult mostly because nobody is keeping the store organized. A decade ago I shopped at Kohls regularly. Now it's just for special occasions where I need something for dress. The underwear is the same stuff you can get at the discount stores for less money. Shopping here is like going to a rummage sale where some times you can find a gem but mostly when I shop here I leave the store empty handed. But that is because I mostly use their store for the Amazon return center. If it were not for the return center I would shop here far less. I would highly recommend you keep the Amazon return centers in your stores because it is one of the few things driving traffic. You could also consider keeping your stores more organized.
