Great stay for the price (small and cozy). The AC kept the room cool and the bed was comfortable. Older amenities but well kept. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is the floor was dusty. I would stay again 🙂
Nikki and Brittany were there that day and they were extremely helpful. Easy booking process. Great price. Great rooms and amazing service. I would recommend them 100% if you are passing through Searcy Arkansas.
The location was beautiful. The staff was ok. They would knock on the door thirty minutes before checkout. The first night we where they're we noticed that the bedsheets had dried vomit on it. And they smelled bad. The second night they placed us in a first floor room and we opened the window since the room smelled terrible... and it nearly fell on me the door to the bathroom showers were nearly off the track. I went back to the hotel with vouchers. The ladies were sweet.the owner was absolutely vile. He wanted a deposit and not honor the voucher claiming my son and I damaged the stuff after we cleaned the room. The only thing we didn't do was take the trash out. If we damaged the room why did I get that fifty back?. I'm extremely disappointed in this hotel knights inn Searcy Arkansas.. In response to owner. I may not have been thrilled with the house cleaning but to have the owner be out right disrespectful and claim I damaged the property because he wanted cash and to threaten to call police if we didn't leave after trying to figure out what he was talking about isn't okay. The Knights Inn is an older hotel that is currently being renovated. The first floor was completed when we stayed. Mr. Gary was very nice and accommodating to our unique needs. The beds were very comfortable. One drawback that I was hesitant about booking was no complementary breakfast in the morning. Downstairs there is a large table and chairs to hang out with a large group. No elevator if in 2nd & 3rd floor but not a big deal if you can left your luggage. If you are wanting all the perks of a 5star hotel it’s not for you but if you like staying in unique non big chain hotels with friendly staff The Knights Inn is your place. Veteran Parking is available. Several restaurants close. Walmart is about a mile away.
The rooms were clean and really all you need to sleep and shower and for the reasonably low price you can't complain. The employees were very kind and took very good care of me while I use them for a place to stay. When I'm back in town for anything I'll be sure to use them again for my staying needs.
