Even though it's closing down I've always loved this place!
I visited the Kmart Store in Houma, La to purchase some diapers for my newborn baby. I had a coupon from the kmart app for $2.00 off any one pack of Huggies over a 9pack. When I get to the register to check out my cashier Lani was really friendly and welcoming. While scanning my coupon an error message comes onto the screen saying that my coupon is not valid in store when clearly it says in store or online. The manager came over to scan it from my phone and she says "it ain't work", then proceeds to walk off. I thought she was very unprofessional and rude. Lani then apologizes for her and says there is nothing more that she can do. I do a lot of shopping at kmart and I'm very disappointed in this managers behavior on something that is not my fault and clearly a computer error. The manager didn't even attempt to figure out why my coupon wasn't working. I did not purchase my diapers from kmart today I will be going to Walmart from now on as they price match.
