Visited this location last week and it was a wonderful experience. I had to get a replacement debit card. I was assisted by Camille and she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, very pleasant, very thorough and answered all of my questions. She replaced my debit card and the experience was rather quick. Great experience! I will be going to this branch for all of my banking needs.

Tania Olloqui has assisted me many, many times. She keeps me informed about KINECTA's investment options, she's acquired historical check records when I requested them, and another time she helped mitigate my being ghosted by LPL financials when I wish to close an account with LPL. Her service is impeccable. KINECTA is very lucky to have an outstanding employee of her character and work ethic.

I called Kinecta Federal Credit Union earlier today to get financial information I needed immediately. The young woman who received my call was very helpful and extremely professional. I provided her the information and never did she ask me to hold or transfer me to another individual. During the conversation she even expanded on a particular benefit I was not taking advantage of or even aware of. I have trusted this bank for the past 20 years because they certainly have my best interest as a member of this bank institution. Thank you, Diana, you are a key piece to the KFCU Team.

Just got off the phone with Diana Escobedo. I was having trouble with a fraud alert on my account. Diana handled my issue calmly and quickly, which frankly calmed me down quite a bit. Why have I moved my money out of a big bank and into Kinecta credit union? Because of the unparalleled customer service, the much-appreciated vigilant fraud detection, and the understanding, personable employees at Kinecta, such as Diana. She provided the smoothest, most personable tele-banking experience I've ever had and she deserves a healthy raise.
