On 7/01/2024 approximately 6:15 and placed a take out order of the 8pc family meal. The chicken was dried out to the point of not edible and the biscuits were hard. It was the worst $32. I’ve ever spent. You can bet I will never patronize the Walnut Ridge KFC again.
Food was good . However they need to paint the curbs . My wife didn't see the curb going in and landed on her0 knees . They are both bruised and swollen . I told the lady inside she fell . She said sorry . 😞 REALLY
Basically hit and miss. But they will scam you out of money always read your receipt. And management is no help!
Hands-down, worst service I've ever had in my life! If I could give this place, zero stars I would. For one I went in and stood for 15 minutes with a full kitchen staff and no service to me. There was three cars in the drive-through and only one other person in the lobby. I could hear them standing there, talking about me, but still no service so Me, my wife and daughter left. No one at the drive through when we left so I tried that for (15 minutes) No service! Me and my wife and daughter went to Walmart afterwards coming back to KFC sat in the drive-through 10 minutes before we got service. Had to pull around the other side and wait 15 more minutes for our food to come out and then what do you know... We're missing food out of our bag when we get home only about half of our order we got. Thank you Walnut Ridge KFC for the worst service. You guys suck.
spent $15.00 on carry out, it literally was not fit to eat. Tasted like it was at least a day old, not fresh, not hot, threw the entire meal in the trash
