Went to pick up an order and they were so polite. Smiles and quick service. They started on it when I got there but it was done within a few minutes. Great job 💯 keep up the good work

The manager lady is always so friendly ! I can tell they are training some people but she is all over it making sure I got the best service . Chicken was hot , I complimented her and asked her name for review but forgot it

Didn't have option of zero stars.Customer service is deplorable ND food isn't too great.Its not KFC,it's this location and it's sorry ways.Ate there yesterday and two couples came in a and left while I was eating because they were totally ignored while waiting at the counter.And they don't listen to the customer.Customer service is dead here.Save your time and money,go elsewhere.

Don't bother with the drive-through! Your order WILL be wrong or incomplete and you'll end up having to go inside. Just go inside from the beginning and save the trip. The employees all have terrible attitudes and act like you are the biggest inconvenience just because you're missing items. AGAIN, DO NO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THROUGH! YOUR ORDER WILL BE MESSED UP 100% OF THE TIME!
