Tasted old, really wasn't very good. I think the food is better when it's fresh. They should get rid of it when it's at its time limit
It's not the KFC of old but it's fine chicken was dry but the mashed potatoes and maccaroni cheese was just fine But the restaurant was messy tables needed cleaned floor was filthy the cashier lady walked out while we were looking at the menu and we had to wait for her to come back in from talking to people outside to take our order loud conversations about people who staged a walk out and how much should be done about it from employee to other employees alot of talking but no cleaning up the lobby. I was very disappointed.
This must be the worst KFC around. I ordered online and it CLEARLY SHOWS on the receipt what was ordered. And they couldn't get it right, how hard is it to put the right sauces in? Also the biscuits were hard meaning very old, French fries were warm not hot. I think that these $20 specials are made ahead of time and sit. And they don't make them as ordered. Very disappointing, I will be sending this to corporate about this store. This isn't the first time.
Placed a small order and when i got home there was not one thing correct with my order!! How can you mess up that bad! Too far to go back and no one answers the phone! The biscuit looked like someone made a ball out of it and through it in the box!! Terrible!!!!
Came to this KFC today thinking I’d get something different besides the usual hamburger or hotdog we usually get when we are looking for fast food. I will admit it took myself and my husband a long time to order because we haven’t been in a very long time and the menu has changed. The associate on the speaker was nice at first but then said if we needed more time we could time inside. So I made the decision to just hurry up and order so we could get home and close the window since it was raining. We got to the window and she took our money and told us to pull forward. My husband asked for some napkins and she said sure pull forward. He said no I need some napkins now please. She gave us the napkins and said to pull forward and he asked why do we need to pull forward when there is no cars behind me. She said because we are timed and you are really killing my time right now. He refused to move until a car pulled up behind us. Then we moved up and three cars checked out and left the location before we received our food. I worry our food was spit in. The associate was extremely rude and we don’t plan on coming back unless we order online as to not mess up their time. I’m not sure how to feel. Won’t be going back for a while. Learn how to take care of your customers politely I guess is all I can say.
