Horrible quality of chicken. They hardly resembled chicken parts. Lots of fat and gristle, tough meat, broken bones. This seems to be a trend at KFC, and this will be our final visit to any of them. Waited at least 5 minutes at the counter to be waited on, and their only other customers were in the drive thru. They appeared severely understaffed. The cashier was pleasant. Biscuits and sides were fine, but I don't know what's up with those chickens.
Ordered Mac n cheese bowls that are SUPPOSED to come with chicken bits….. I got 3 bowls of plain Mac and cheese for the same price as with chicken…. NEVER AGAIN …. The staff is lazy and rude!
Server was very nice and friendly. "Famous Bowls" were fresh and hot. Store was not busy yet could have use some good cleaning.
We came by this unit and ordered the 10 pc fill-up and was informed that they were changing the shortening and it would be 30 minutes so we left and returned and was informed that it would be 30 more minutes because they had sold 2 16pc and 10 pc. I than ask if there was only one stove operating and was told yes. I am a former food service manager and this is not in compliance with your operating procedure. If you are out of chicken you're out of business. I thank you in advance for your time and effort to address this issue.
I was told there would be a 20 min. wait time on dark meat. I said ok I will wait. The young lady went ahead and fixed my drinks anyway with a 20 min. Wait time.I asked her could she take those back and I get some fresh ones when my order gets ready. She told me she couldn't take those back because they had been handed out. I waited 25 mins in my car on my order. No one came in that time. So I went in side. I was told it would be another 13 mins. Because the young man didn't drop the chicken when he was supposed to. I asked her for a refund. She got an attitude as though she didn't want to refund my money back. She stated again about the time. I told her I really didn't care about the time and just give me my refund. She said well you will have to bring those drinks back in. Where earlier she Said they couldn't accept them back. She LIED. I gave her the drinks back. And I hope they refunded my money back on my card. So far I haven't seen the refund. But I will contacting management if my money is not refunded.
