I ordered the original chicken, what I got looked like dried out gas station chicken. It tasted like it too. This was NOT the original recipe chicken I grew up with. At least it was hot

I usually order takeout from here, sometimes delivery. The food is always tasty and hot when I get it! I love the chicken and gravy. They’re my favorites any time I come here. The fries are also very delicious!

I am so PO'd!!! I ordered 2 chichen sandwiches and 2 fries. I got home with 1 chicken sandwich and 2 fries. I've called countless times and I guess the the phone off the hook. It cost me $17.46. 1 star is too much

The Ada location needs help and organization training. The drive-thru is a nightmare, and there are always four or five cars in the street waiting. If you are lucky enough to get inside, it's only a 30-minute wait vs. the hour in the drive thru line. We usually get original. However, I was told they are only cooking extra crispy, and I would have to wait at least an hour or longer if I really wanted it. They were also out of some of the sides. It is like this every day. I don't recommend stopping at this location unless you have a ton of patience and are willing to only purchase what they have available instead of what you're hungry for. They leave you feeling like take it or leave it.

Messed up my order by giving me the wrong side, phone doesn't work for me to call and fix it. They expect me to commute all the way back to town for something I don't know if they'll even fix? Answer your phone.
