My washing machine quit spinning and Ken's Appliance was the first place I called. Two men came to the house and solved the problem almost immediately. They cleaned the filter and checked everything to be sure it was working properly. They also leveled the machine and made sure it was working before they left. Excellent service!
The installer team was polite, professional and on time. They were super attentive to detail and extremely detail oriented/careful with the refrigerator install on 10/30/2023. I love dealing with local vs. the big box folks and will use Ken's again!
Went to store looking for used fridge for an apartment, not only did I find one, but the price was awesome. Daphne was awesome to work with! Locked and loaded in 10 minutes. Worth the drive from Lehigh!!! Owner loaded for me very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back!
Got a used washer installed and had my old one hauled away. Kate and Adam were very prompt and polite.
