My fiancé and I had the best experience picking out our wedding bands with the help of Sandi! From the moment we stepped in Sandi was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we are so happy with our rings! She definitely helped make our experience be such a positive one:) there were great deals going on and she helped us find rings that were what we wanted and within our price range. I’m so happy we went to this store!

Cate over at the Fox Run mall was the best I could have ever expected from a jewelry store. She went above and beyond for what I needed. She was clear and considerate with each step during the process. I bought a necklace that I will wear forever and be reminded of my great experience with Kay’s. If there was more than 5 stars believe me, she would get it!

Both Linda and Monika (at the Newington Mall) were so very helpful, thoughtful and attentive to what I had in mind to buy for a necklace for my husband as a belated gift.
